While at uni, our group cobbled together an awful/brilliant game by combining an old poker set with many of the hours we should have spent learning – played it far too many times for no good reason over the course of a year – then quickly f*cked off in different directions and did adult stuff like babies, jobs and marrying things.
So, when the last of the bunch turned 30 and we all got back together to celebrate, a card just didn’t seem enough.
